Founded by Dr. Paige Krabill, a licensed school psychologist and AMI-trained Montessori educator, PDK exists to empower educators and school communities through practical, research-based guidance rooted in both Montessori philosophy and contemporary developmental science.

Our work centers on the Power of Possibility framework—a model that equips educators with tools to reframe behavior as communication, support emotional regulation, and foster classroom cultures built on trust, collaboration, and purpose. With a deep understanding of neurodiversity and child development, we specialize in helping schools integrate Montessori-aligned supports that are inclusive, trauma-informed, and adaptable across a variety of educational settings.
