MCPC partners with care professionals, families, and organizations to bring Dr. Montessori's vision of aid to life into aging, dementia, and disability care — creating environments and relationships where every person continues to grow, contribute, and thrive.
Who We Are
The Montessori Care Partner Collaborative is the partnership of Dr. Paige Krabill and Melissa Crenshaw — uniting Montessori expertise and care partner experience to transform how we support individuals living with dementia, disability, and the changes of aging. Rooted in Dr. Montessori's vision of aid to life, MCPC equips care partners to see and nurture possibility in every circumstance.

Introduction Workshop (Two Days, In Person)*

Introduction Course (Online)*
A self-paced entry point into Montessori for aging, dementia, and disability — learn where you are, when you're ready.
Practitioners Certificate Course (Online)
The next step for those who have experienced the introduction workshop — a deep-dive, certificate-earning course that builds, applies, and extends authentic Montessori practice in your community.
